Suppliers

In 2024, CAP implemented its ESG Policy for the entire Supply Chain, aimed at integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance principles into all decision-making processes that affect suppliers.

CAP Group operates in five Chilean regions: Atacama, Coquimbo, Metropolitan, Biobío, and Magallanes.

In these territories, the Group promotes local procurement, entrepreneurship, and strong engagement with regional suppliers, fostering development, productive activity, and innovation.



Commitment to Mental Health

CAP Group continues to sponsor the Sana Mente program, co-produced with CNN Chile and the Rassmuss Foundation, which aims to provide tools for mental health management, promoting well-being and self-care.

  • The company promotes women’s professional development, leadership skills, and access to growth opportunities. This includes gender-balanced candidate slates and the inclusion of women in succession planning programs.

The goal is to reach and maintain 35% of women in leadership positions by 2030.

Talent and Development

In 2024, CAP Group invested US$1,366,711 in employee training, representing 0.08% of total revenues. This translated into 100,723 total training hours, with 100% of employees trained.

Health and Safety

CAP’s policy aligns with international standards on Occupational Health and Safety and is implemented through the SSO (Health and Safety at Work) Management Model, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
